Return Policy

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Olivvi accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Items must be returned with Olivvi tags attached.

Note: All sale items are final and are ineligible for return or refund. They are eligible for exchange if the item and size is available.

To begin a return or exchange, select an order in your account and proceed to select "Request return" in the order details page or contact us at Orders@olivviworld.com.

How will I be refunded?

The refund amount will be the total amount charged for the item(s) being returned, minus the return shipping cost (the cost varies based on weight/size of the shipment and the sender's location). 

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds for Olivvi World will be processed once the item is scanned by the carrier and when received by the Seller's warehouse. 

If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If you are returning damaged or incorrect goods for an exchange, we will send the requested item(s) out to you. If you return a purchase made with a gift card, your refund will be returned to your gift card.
